AAPD has just learned that the hearing in the House Committee on Education and Labor on the ADA Restoration Act has been postponed due to a conflicting floor vote.
Andrew J. Imparato, AAPD's President and CEO, will provide testimony at the hearing, which is expected to be rescheduled for later this month.
Justice For All email (sign up here) and the ADARestoration blog will keep you informed with the very latest details as they become available.
We still encourage advocates to continue to call Members of the Ed & Labor Committee and urge them to make attending the hearing, once scheduled, a priority. View a list of Ed & Labor Committee members.
