Wednesday is a BIG DAY for ADA Restoration!

Tomorrow morning, both the House Education & Labor Committee and the House Judiciary Committee will markup the ADA Restoration "deal language." We believe the negotiated language born out of months of negotiations between the business and disability communities (referred to by the business / disability coalition as the "ADA Amendments Act" to avoid confusion with the bill introduced last July) will receive strong bipartisan support during the markups, but we want as many advocates as possible to show up tomorrow to demonstrate our support for the negotiated language.

The two markups are only 15 minutes apart tomorrow, and although the ADA Restoration markup is listed first, there will be other bills marked up as well, and we've no guarantee of the order. We want both rooms to be bursting full of advocates, so if you go to one location and it looks full, please check the other markup to see if you can fill in there.

Markup Details:

10:00 am
- Education and Labor Committee mark-up, 2175 Rayburn House Office Building

10:15 am - Judiciary Committee mark-up, 2141 Rayburn House Office Building

The accessible entrance to the building is the main entrance with the horseshoe drive off South Capitol Street.
